Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate before confirming your purchase.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Payment Confirmation: All payments must be successfully processed before your order is confirmed. If there are any issues with payment, you will be notified via email.

Shipping & Tracking: Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Get Fixt is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Changes & Cancellations: After an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team via our Contact page.

Final Sale Items: All sale and limited edition items are final sale and non-refundable.
